At Strand House near Rye, Mary and Hugh have an intimate house party at Christmas and again at New Year. We offer a variety of inclusive packages offering locally sourced ingredients cooked with skill and care by Mary and her team. Afternoon tea is served every day with great dinners with some inclusive drinks. A relaxing stress free Christmas near Rye with the feeling of home, open fires cosy sofas and homemade treats.

Strand House is offering a 7 course dinner party with cocktails before dinner, champagne at midnight and hot toddies after midnight. We are offering a package to include accommodation and fabulous home cooked locally sourced food.
All our food is made in our own kitchens, we use meat organically farmed on land next to our garden, and fish off the boats at Rye harbour. We bake our own cakes, scones and pastries. Strand House is fully licensed and local beers and wines are part of our well stocked bar.
We are offering a child free house to unwind and relax after the busy Christmas holiday and we promise not a morsel of turkey will be served!. With a late check out on New Year’s Day after a Strand House breakfast…what a way to start the New Year!
