Exclusive use small intimate party venue in Rye Sussex

Family occassions are always fun and those milestone anniversaries like an 80th Birthday Party will see a large family group taking the whole house, but often we want a more intimate party that might occupy one of the Strand House's three buildings. Rye Bay Cottage has three rooms, the Crow's Nest has three rooms and a sitting room and the main house has seven rooms.
