Pets

We allow two well behaved dogs for an additional fee of £25 per dog, providing that they are kept on a lead whilst in the grounds, because the garden is not fully enclosed and we ask that you do not allow them on the furniture or upstairs in the bedrooms.

Families

Infants are allowed, travel cot & high chair on request. Due to the nature of the property we do not allow childern under the age of 8. 

Smoking

No smoking permitted.
