Our main house hotel is a beautiful Tudor building, so no rooms are the same, with unique and individual characteristics. Our Rye Bay Cottage offers 3 more modern hotel rooms. 

Superior Suite - Rye Bay Cottage

Large luxury hotel room with big bath tub and with a balcony and stunning views across the organic farm to Rye Bay beyond: details of Superior suite.

Cottage Rooms - Rye Bay Cottage

Modern hotel rooms with views over the farmland of Rye Bay. One room has a four poster bed. Both rooms have  private outdoor  seating areas, television with DVD, i-Pod/i-Phone dock and fluffy bathrobes: details of Cottage Rooms.

Character Rooms - Hotel Main House

Our largest hotel rooms often with character features such as fire places, four poster beds or views of the garden. These rooms have a seating area or day bed and fluffy bathrobes: details of Character Rooms.

Classic Rooms - Hotel Main House

Medium sized hotel rooms with character features, comfortable furnishings and ensuite showers. Garden View has a private bathroom but then you get a full sized bath and there is a hand basin in the room. Marsh View has views over Rye Bay: details of Classic Rooms.

Cosy Rooms - Hotel Main House

Two smaller hotel rooms at the top of the house with ensuite shower rooms. The rooms can form a family suite.  Both have flat screen television with DVD and Freeview, i-Pod/i-Phone dock and tea making things: details of Cosy Rooms.
